Enjoy the Journey
This week we had the privilege to interview Chad Schapiro. Chad continually motivates others towards success in both their personal and professional lives through quotes that inspire us to work hard, stay humble, and enjoy the journey. Follow Chad on Quotiful for more motivation!
Quotiful: The experience of success and feeling of achievement can be elusive to many people. Do you have insights on what people can do to change that?
Chad: The experience or feeling of success will always be elusive if we look at it as a destination. Something that is more of a vision of the future but out of our grasps at the current moment. The key is to follow the principles that many of us have heard before and bloom where we are planted, and to be ok with being a work in progress. We can be a success with what is in front of us this very moment! Honor what may seem like little things to be blessed in the future with bigger things!
Quotiful: What's your favorite quote or motto in life and why is it important to you?
Chad: My favorite quote is from the bible 1 Thessalonians 5:18 “Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.”
The key revelation being "in" all things not "for" all things. We all have messes we have to go through and often feel like we are the only ones. Feeling like we need a list of things to be thankful "for" but this verse points out we are to be thankful "in" the midst of all that comes our way.
Quotiful: What core message do you hope to inspire others with?
Chad: I love Quotiful and that it helps each of us learn from others along the journey. My message is to be open, teachable, and humble enough to learn from others' knowledge.
I've been blessed to work daily with Laurie Rubidge who has produced millions in sales and been on the board of directors for some of the largest non-profits in the world. All of the great wisdom out there powered by communicating throughout the world with tools like Quotiful helped inspire us to create our blog, Next Level Leadership.
Socrates said, "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for." The quotes that people share every day through Quotiful are the epitome of that! I'm honored to play a part in sharing things that can help me, my family, and the world at large.
Below are a few of Chad's quotes to inspire you to be your best self.
